Today was a really gorgeous summer day where I live!  I came home from work and immediately changed into a cute summer dress and went outside for a few minutes.  It was nice to feel the sun on my shoulders and enjoy the nice weather, even if it is hot and a breeze would have been nice!

For the fifth selection in my Parade of Pink, I’m bringing a shade from the OPI Holland collection.  Pedal Faster Suzi! is a really gorgeous baby pink with a strong silver shimmer.  I love how delicate it is, and I really enjoy all of the Holland polishes I own because they make my Dutch co-worker so very happy!  Fran loves to explain to me the detailed meanings behind each of the polish names from the collection and how they tie into the shades of polish.  The rivalry between the Dutch and Germans should lead to some interesting conversations once I get my hands on lacquers from the Germany collection due out later this year! ;)

This polish is easy breezy to apply, though I used three coats to try and get rid of the visible nail line.  You could still see it with three coats a tiny bit, but it wasn’t too obvious.  I wrapped it all up with a topcoat of Seche Vite and got to snappin’ photos!

Indoors…
In the shade…
And a shot in the sun!
I always love the sweet soft nature of this polish, but I really wanted to spice it up a little and add some excitement!  I picked out one of the other birthday presents Mom had gotten for me and tried it out.  Nubar Black Polka Dots gave sweet Suzi a party girl look, and I fell in love! ♥

Let me know what you think, I’d love to hear from you!  Keep checking back, we’ve got two more entries of PoP to go. ♥  See you ladies tomorrow!
